Pioneer Construction Co. President Tim Schowalter purchased the 82-year-old company from T.E. Beckering Enterprises President and CEO Tom Beckering in May. According to county clerk Dan LaVille, Pioneer had intended to make an adversary proceeding against a debtor, but somebody made a goof.
