VAI Aids Veterans Study

GRAND RAPIDS — Technicians from Van Andel Institute have installed a data tracking system that will better enable clinicians at the Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System to track and study human tissue samples. The system’s first application will be used to track saliva samples in a study of U.S. Army Reserve and National Guard patients suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
