Windquest involved in new energy recovery company Pete Daly
A new company is being formed by The Windquest Group of Grand Rapids and a Kalamazoo-area industrial services company to produce a system that can capture manufacturing plant waste heat and use it for generation of electricity.
The name of the new company set up by Windquest and Pro Services of Portage has not been released, but there will be a public introduction of it on March 17 at the Michigan Technical Education Center at Kalamazoo Valley Community College, according to an announcement by Windquest.
Dick DeVos and Betsy DeVos, president and chairwoman of The Windquest Group, will lead the program on March 17, at which there will be a live demonstration of the new energy reclamation process.
Pro Services provides skilled trades services to industry and has been in business since the late 1980s. |
