Rockford Development Moving To GR
GRAND RAPIDS — Rockford Development LLC has announced that it will expand to a new office at 32 Market Ave., south of Fulton Street in downtown Grand Rapids.
Starting March 24, the new location will house the Rockford Development team and serve as a downtown headquarters for many of the company’s employees engaged in several development projects.
Rockford Construction will remain in Belmont.
The new building has a special significance for the company, as it was the first building Rockford bought and renovated in the downtown area nearly a decade ago.
Since then, Rockford has developed and renovated more than 1 million square feet of space and invested in more than $120 million of real estate in the downtown district.
In celebration of Rockford Development Group’s 10th anniversary and its move downtown, it is hosting an open house and ribbon cutting at the new facility on April 17th
