Unified Solutions Moving Downtown
Closing on the transaction is scheduled for Thursday afternoon. Unified Solutions will locate its commercial division in the 4,500 square feet that the fifth floor offers. The firm has already begun to move into the building situated across Monroe from the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel.

Second Story Properties President Sam Cummings, Second Story Properties Executive Vice President John Green, Todd Schaal of The Estes Group and Todd Oosting of CD Barnes & Associates own the 28,000-square-foot-building located on the southeast corner of Monroe and Lyon in downtown Grand Rapids.
The Chop House, one of 11 restaurants owned by Mainstreet Ventures of Ann Arbor, will open on the building’s ground floor in September.
Unified Solutions is a holding company for Unified Title and Settlement, an independent agent with three locations in Kent County and one in Troy. The firm has its headquarters at 3777 Sparks Drive SE.
David Kuritar and Michael Weightman own Unified Solutions. The company has about 100 employees, with 95 located in metro Grand Rapids.
