GRAND RAPIDS — CB Richard Ellis/Grand Rapids recently secured two long-term tenants for the 16-story office building McKay Tower in downtown Grand Rapids.

Construction and asset management firm Eastmark Inc. and software development firm 2G TechWorks have lease agreements for space at 146 Monroe Center NW.

CBRE represented landlord McKay Tower Partners LLC in each of the transactions. CBRE is the managing and leasing agent for the 146,000-square-foot property; marketing efforts are being led by Walter Bulkowski and David Wiener.

Since purchasing the property in 2006, McKay Tower Partners has signed six new leases.

“CBRE’s Wally Bulkowski and David Wiener continue to lead an aggressive marketing campaign for McKay Tower,” said landlord representative Mark Roller. “They understand my goals and the building and have been persistent in soliciting and attaining high-quality tenants.”
