Triangle Awarded Gallery Contract

GRAND RAPIDS — Triangle Associates will manage the construction of The Gallery on Fulton, a $34 million mixed-use development being built by Two West Fulton LLC on the southwest corner of Division Avenue and Fulton Street.

The project includes a new home for the Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts, 56 rental apartments, retail and restaurant space, and a 262-space parking ramp. Work on the development is expected to start this fall.

Triangle Associates provides general contracting, construction management and design-and-build services. The firm is in its 90th year of operations, having been founded in 1918.
