Thirty-Eight Has City Backing

Grand Rapids city commissioners have approved the property sale between Parking Services and Locus Development for the ramp the city will build as part of Thirty-Eight, the mixed-use development planned for Commerce Avenue and Weston Street. The Business Journal incorrectly reported last week that the approval was pending (“Locus Locks In Thirty-Eight,” July 28).
