Quarterly Gross State Product

Current Quarter. Michigan quarterly real gross state product in the fourth quarter, seasonally adjusted: $316.6 billion at constant 2000 prices. 

Previous Quarter. Michigan quarterly real gross state product in the third quarter, seasonally adjusted: $324.0 billion at constant 2000 prices.

A Year Ago. Michigan quarterly gross state product in the fourth quarter of last year, seasonally adjusted: $326.9 billion at constant 2000 prices.

Growth in Quarterly Gross State Product

Michigan quarterly gross state product, adjusted for seasonal factors, fell at an 8.8 percent annual rate in the fourth quarter from the previous quarter.

Michigan quarterly gross state product, adjusted for seasonal factors, dropped by a 3.1 percent annual rate in the fourth quarter from the same quarter a year ago.

National Quarterly Domestic Product

For the nation, real gross domestic product, the national counterpart to gross state product, went down by 6.2 percent in the fourth quarter to $11,522 billion at constant 2000 prices, seasonally adjusted.
