Michigan Pain Consultants is moving its flagship pain-management center from the MMPC building at 4100 Lake Drive SE to the new Heritage Pointe building at 2060 East Paris Ave. SE.

Michigan Pain Consultants signed a 10-year lease with First Companies, the building’s owner, for 15,000 square feet of space.

“As we were exploring new options, we wanted a location that would combine efficiency and ease of access with the latest medical office technology and design. As we engaged the First Companies team in a collaborative discussion about our goals and needs, they were able to help us design a sophisticated, yet warm and relaxing clinical environment, which we believe provides a ‘win-win’ for us and our patients,” said Mark Gostine, an M.D. and co-founder of Michigan Pain Consultants, in a statement.

Michigan Pain Consultants has been providing care for patients suffering from chronic pain for more than 25 years, and it plans to see its first patients in its new location starting Feb. 7.

Heritage Pointe offers 71,000 square feet of space. The building was designed by Cox Medendorp Olson.

Grand Health Partners, East Paris Dental, Spectrum Health Draw Lab, the Westerbeke Law Firm and Integrated Psychiatric Medicine PLC also are located in Heritage Pointe.
