Parking Services keeps rolling

Here is a snapshot comparison of Parking Services' last two fiscal years. The biggest change was a 58 percent increase in non-operating expenses. The department had debt service in FY11 of $1.9 million, up by about $400,000 from FY10. Parking Services also had a $563,000 payment to the city for the Government Center ramp in FY11 that it didn't have in FY10.
