NET(net) names Kellsey Le president and CEO
Kellsey Le is taking over the helm at NET(net), becoming president and CEO of the IT consultancy that's headquartered in Holland.
Le’s promotion follows founder Steve Zolman’s move into the position of chief services architect.
Zolman plans to primarily focus on expanding NET(net)’s service offerings, as well as the firm's globalization strategy and ongoing development in Asia, Latin America and Europe.
He remains chairman of the board of directors.
“After nearly 10 years of loyal service, exceptional performance, and high client satisfaction ratings, Kellsey is the perfect and only choice for CEO,” Zolman said. “As her track record suggests, there are seemingly no targets she can’t hit.”
NET(net) provides comprehensive IT investment optimization services.
Le’s roles during her tenure with the company have ranged from managing client relationships to leading Client Services and Professional Services functional groups to her most recent position as the president and COO, with global responsibilities for field and business operations.
Her contributions to the company’s expansion in Europe have been called critical to the effort’s success.
She also led the process of creating the company's private equity program, developed a prototype for the value delivery service model and has been a key sponsor of the company's performance-based culture.
The company noted that the leadership transition comes at a time when it's celebrating 41 consecutive profitable quarters, 11 consecutive years of forecast achievement and 10 years of triple digit earnings growth.
“The business has never been in a better state,” Zolman said. “At the same time, I believe Kellsey will put us on a different trajectory, one that will help us scale to new heights.”
