Video: Bistro Bella Vita GM discusses farm-to-table fare — and being downtown
During a live video chat Friday at grbj.com, Bistro Bella Vita General Manager Brad Teachout discussed the restaurant's approach to its farm-to-table menu, customers, downtown competition and the Van Andel Arena.
Teachout discussed farm-to-table dining, which Bistro has helped pioneer for the past 15 years, the impact the new Downtown Market will have on Grand Rapids and Van Andel Arena’s events, including Saturday’s Grand Valley State University graduation, which will bring a large crowd of students and their families next door.
Teachout also shared some spring drink and menu recommendations.
