Jennifer Remondino has been named partner in charge of Warner Norcross & Judd’s Holland office.

Remondino will lead the eight-attorney office, which is located in downtown Holland and serves the needs of clients along the lakeshore.

She has been a member of the Holland office for the past eight years and was recently named a partner by the firm.

She replaces Jaron J. Nyhof, who previously served as partner in charge of the Holland office and will return to full-time practice.

“We have a lot of plans for further deepening our roots in Holland,” Remondino said. “Our attorneys are focused on positioning ourselves as leaders in the community and the legal profession. We each have unique skill sets and practices that enable us to work with clients in the Holland community, as well as around the state and beyond Michigan.

“As an office, we are looking to participate more fully in the civic and philanthropic life of the community through board and other voluntary leadership positions," she said. "While we have a strong client base, we are looking to expand along the lakeshore area.”

Warner’s Holland office attorneys practice in the areas of litigation, document management, estate planning, business and general corporate law, commercial finance, health care and real estate.

Remondino concentrates her practice in trusts and estates and business law, with an emphasis on estate and tax planning, family business succession planning and estate administration.

The Holland resident is a member of Holland Young Professionals and a graduate of Leadership Holland, as well as a past board member of Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity.

The Holland office is one of seven Warner Norcross offices across the state.
