Court orders auction of 407-bottle wine collection

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court has ordered the sale of 407 wine bottles.

The extensive collection will go on sale as a complete lot next Monday, Aug. 12, at 8 a.m. at Byron Center-based auction site Repocast.com.

Bidding will conclude at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.

Bottles of wine ranging from a 2001 A Few Good Men Merlot to a 1966 Chateau Pommard and an 1861 Grand Cama de Lobos Mediera are part of the collection.

The estimated value of the bottles ranges from $10 to $2,005.

Repocast didn’t post the name of the collection’s most recent owner.

The buyer must be 21 to purchase the wine collection.
