College town restaurant rolls into downtown
College grads across Michigan will soon be able to bite into some nostalgia in downtown Grand Rapids.
Menna’s Joint — a restaurant chain known for its grilled sandwich wraps or Dubs — is coming to an 1,800-square-foot space in downtown Grand Rapids, at 44 Ionia Ave. SW.
The restaurant is scheduled to open this fall, according to a Colliers announcement.
Michigan-based Menna’s Joint first opened in 2003 and has been popular in college towns, such as East Lansing, Mount Pleasant, Kalamazoo and Allendale.
Known as the “Home of the Dub,” Menna’s Joint also sells soups, salads and cookies.
