Rhoda Kreuzer is up for the leadership challenge

Editor’s note: Each issue of the Influential Women enewsletter will feature a profile of one of the Business Journal’s reigning Top Women Owned Businesses finalists. The profile first appeared in the event program.

Rhoda Kreuzer likes to accept challenges. She also likes to issue them.

Kreuzer created Partners In Action Inc. to “revolutionize the workplace," as well as equip and challenge leaders and organizations to grow.

She does that by offering companies help with public relations, consulting, executive coaching, marketing, customer service and community relations, along with “overseeing all operations.”

That’s quite a workload, but Kreuzer is up to the challenge.

Client implementation

“We have developed a four-level leadership institute for a client that is an ongoing program,” Kreuzer said. “All of their current and emerging leaders are enrolled in the program. We started the program this year, and they are expanding it to include their affiliates, as well. There are about 70 leaders currently enrolled, and the results have been … successful.

Growth

"As a result of delivering projects like this, we have grown 80 percent this year, moved into new office space and added another staff member,” added Kreuzer.

Partners In Action also has published a leadership book, “The Art of Natural Leadership,” that has been well-received not only locally, but internationally, as well.

“It is a very exciting time for us to be realizing our dreams,” Kreuzer said. “It is great to see doors opening for women entrepreneurs. We believe that each of us can make a difference, and we are striving to that end.”

Partners in Action was nominated as a Top Women Owned Business in the $1.49 million and below annual revenue category.
