The “Beervangelist” will strike again on Friday night.

New Holland Brewing's Fred Bueltman will co-host the Chef-Brewer Collaboration Dinner at B.O.B.’s Brewery, inside The B.O.B., from 6:30-9:30 p.m.

The dinner party runs in line with the book Bueltman released this summer, the “Beervangelist’s Guide to The Galaxy.”

The book helps beer lovers and entertainers learn about beer-and-food pairing.

The event will feature 13 tables with foods and beers to pair, allowing guests to sample menu items.

General admission is $40, with unlimited tastings of more than 20 Michigan brews.

VIP admission is $65 and includes the beer, an extra table, a signed copy of the book, a B.O.B.’s Brewery T-shirt and a special presentation from Bueltman.

For reservations, call (616) 356-2000.
