The future of technology is coming downtown on Wednesday.

The 13th annual Tech Trends event will be hosted by aimWest, a regional technology association, starting at 5 p.m., on the third floor of The B.O.B. in Grand Rapids.

Keith Brophy, the CEO of Ideomed, a Grand Rapids-based technology firm, will present his insights on technology — and vision of the future technology landscape.

Brophy, who previously founded Sagestone, has served as president of NuSoft Solutions and worked in a number of technology roles.

Brophy is also chairman of the advisory board for the state’s Small Business and Technology Center.

He has been a speaker at the event for several years.

Tickets

Tickets to the event are free for aimWest members, $20 for non-members and $5 for students.

People can register for the event online.
