An IT firm has doubled its presence in the local market.

Kalamazoo-based NuWave Technology Partners has relocated its Grand Rapids office into a 2,297-square-foot space off I-96, at 4079 Park E. Ct. SE, moving north from its former space near the airport, at 4180 44th St. SE, CBRE|Grand Rapids said this week.

“We look forward to broadening our client base and serving the Grand Rapids area more effectively,” said Kyle Paalman, owner, NuWave Technology Partners.

CBRE|Grand Rapids provided site selection and tenant representation services for NuWave.

The multi-tenant building offers the highway exposure NuWave wanted and more square footage that could be added to a future lease, said CBRE associate Dan VanKalker.

CBRE said the building's landlord made minor renovations to the space.

“The CBRE team combed the market for just the right location,” Paalman said.

NuWave Technology Partners was named one of Michigan’s 50 Companies to Watch in 2009.
