Change Ups: CU Answers appoints COO
Geoff Johnson has been appointed CU Answers Inc.’s chief operations officer. The new position expands the current group of officers to four. Johnson previously served as CU Answers’ executive vice president of client interactions since joining the firm in 2005. CU Answers is a 100 percent credit union owned cooperative CUSO representing 1.5 million members and $12.6 billion in credit union assets.
