Four major downtown museums will be offering free admission on Sunday.

The Grand Rapids Art Museum, Grand Rapids Children's Museum, Grand Rapids Public Museum and Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum are all participating in Museums Free 4 All.

Each museum will offer free general admission from noon-5 p.m.

Free trolleys will be running from noon-6 p.m., with a trolley stop near each museum to make it easy for attendees to visit all of the museums.

Amway tent

Amway is sponsoring the event, and Amway volunteers will be on hand throughout the afternoon to answer visitors' questions and provide fun, family friendly activities at the Amway tent located at GRAM's Wege Plaza.

Passports

Guests can receive a "passport" at any of the four museums downtown or at the Amway tent for a chance to win prizes. Each museum will have a sticker for visitors to mark off a visit to the institution. Guests who have certain locations stamped, or all locations stamped, can show their passport to receive prizes in the Amway tent. Prizes will vary based on the number of stickers collected throughout the day.

Any special exhibition fees and fees to the Roger B. Chaffe Planetarium shows and carousel rides still apply.
