West Michigan marketing firm expands
A West Michigan marketing firm announced it is expanding to accommodate expected growth.
RCP Marketing President Amy Atkinson said the firm has hired three new staff members, Randy Artibee, Brad Johnson and Jodi Sobish, for its Muskegon and Grand Rapids offices.
Artibee will serve as a digital marketing strategist. He has more than 10 years of experience providing SEM, SEO and social media solutions to clients all over Michigan.
He holds Google AdWords and Yahoo Ambassador certifications and has extensive knowledge in many forms of traditional print media. He has worked for Yellow Pages companies and MLive. His previous positions have provided him experience with many different types of businesses and industries for B2B and B2C advertising campaigns.
Johnson has been hired as an account manager. He honed his marketing and advertising skills in the outdoor industry as an account manager and then sales manager with Lamar Advertising where he worked for 22 years.
Sobish has been hired as an account coordinator. She will assist with day-to-day client project flow to ensure projects are executed flawlessly. Sobish is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in advertising and PR.
RCP Marketing now employs 20 marketing professionals full time.
“The team is focused on being the area’s most effective and innovative integrated marketing firm,” said Atkinson.
She said the firm has talent across multiple disciplines – traditional advertising and marketing, social media, interactive web development, digital advertising, HD video production and design.
“We’ve proven that our most successful ideas are born from integrating all of those disciplines to create effective on-target campaigns for our clients,” Atkinson said. “In our environment, strategy is key and the end product is judged by how well it works for our clients. We’re all about providing solutions.”
RCP Marketing was founded 33 years ago, and was formerly named RC Productions. It transitioned to RCP Marketing just over a year ago when it added the Grand Rapids office.
