Change Ups: Attorney to be installed as fellow
David R. Fernstrum, an associate of law firm Mika, Meyers, Beckett & Jones PLC, has been elected a fellow by the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers for sustained, outstanding performance in the profession, exemplifying integrity, dedication and excellence. The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers was established in 1995 through an initiative of the Council of the Section of Labor and Employment Law of the American Bar Association. New fellows will be installed Nov. 8 in Los Angeles.

Lt. Col. Michael Sellers has assumed command of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District. The district’s area of responsibility includes all of Michigan and parts of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Indiana, a total of 82,000 square miles of land with 4,000 miles of Great Lakes shoreline.
