An industrial condominium complex covering approximately 3.1 acres in Jenison has been sold.

The 19,000-square-foot, three-building block, located at 6691 18th Ave., was sold last month to an anonymous client, according to Colliers International West Michigan, which brokered the deal. The three multi-tenant buildings, which hold more than 21 units, are fully leased with long-term tenants. According to Colliers, current tenant lease agreements are not expected to change.

Current tenants are: East Sales Inc.; Diversified Floor Care Systems; Superior Wash of MI; Action Glass; My Auto Mechanic; Compressed Natural Gas Conversions; Detail Plus; Tim Stuart Heating & Cooling; First Call Plumbing; Sweitzer Drywall & Painting; and TNT Compressor.

“Ownership of the property recently changed hands, as it was sold as an industrial investment purchase for $847,500,” said a Colliers spokesperson. “All parties represented by Colliers in the transaction wish to remain anonymous. The entire space is fully leased.”

According to Jenison building officials, Burman Properties LLC was the seller, but the new deed has not been registered yet. Burman Properties is connected to Steve Burman, who is the outside sales manager and business developer at Valley Truck Parts Inc.
