Iserv hires president
Iserv has named the former leader of a technology incubator its president.
Jeff Royce has taken on the role at Grand Rapids-based Iserv, an integrated connectivity and managed services provider.
He will be responsible for leading new business initiatives, with a focus on new technologies, customer service and customer value.
Royce previously served as director at GR Current in Grand Rapids, an incubator for tech companies in West Michigan.
A service provider to high-tech startups in industries such as software, life sciences and medical devices, Royce was responsible for creating and leading the organization as it grew and built key partnerships throughout the region.
Royce is originally from Grand Rapids, but spent several years working in Atlanta and Nashville, Tenn. before returning to his hometown.
During his time away, he focused on everything from owning his own medical equipment business to urban mixed-use real estate development and other entrepreneurial endeavors.
“My passion is leading and growing existing businesses, and over my career, I have been able to consistently grow business in a variety of industries,” Royce said. “I am very excited to have the opportunity to lead this team.”
Royce earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from Kalamazoo College and engineering from Lawrence Technology University, as well as an M.B.A. from Georgia State University.
