Code Blue names CEO
A maker of emergency communication products with installs across the world has a new CEO.
Code Blue Corporation in Holland said last week that it has named David Cook to the role, after he served three years as COO of the company, a position that included managing day-to-day activities of the organization.
As CEO, Cook will be responsible for driving the vision of Code Blue, while continuing to oversee finance, sales, marketing, business development, product development and customer service.
Prior to joining Code Blue, Cook served as the chief technology officer for Corner World Corporation.
He also served in the U.S. Navy as an intelligence specialist holding top-secret security clearance and is a veteran of the Gulf War.
Code Blue President Ken Genzink said Cook is an “ideal figure” to lead Code Blue, due to his “talents and experience in the IT and telecommunications worlds.”
“I’m honored that Code Blue has shown this level of faith and confidence in me,” Cook said.
Code Blue is known for being a pioneer in developing and producing vandal-resistant blue light emergency phones at thousands of education, corporate, hospital, airport and municipal locations around the world.
