A third-annual expo on holistic health will take place downtown tomorrow.

Whole U GR will be held in Grand Rapids at St. Cecilia Music Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door.

Exhibitors focused on mind, body, spirit and community will be on hand throughout the day, along with speakers who will present on a variety of holistic health topics.

More than 500 people are expected to attend.

Attendees can participate in yoga and massage demonstrations during the day.

Martha Cudlipp, co-founder of Whole U GR, said this year, the expo has added experts on parenting, infertility and essential oils. It has also expanded its speaker series.

“We hope to continue to provide attendees of Whole U GR a unique place to be inspired to live better and continue to make positive connections here in Grand Rapids,” Cudlipp said.

Tom Rutledge, a parenting speaker, will share his presentation, “I Scream, You Scream, We all Scream — Let’s Stop!”

Jennifer Reifinger, an essential oils speaker, will present her knowledge on the topic, offering attendees the opportunity to make and take their own personal Immune System Booster kit for the winter months.

Beth Ann Townsend will share presentations on the Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy, an ancient Mayan technique for abdominal therapy and spiritual healing.
