A construction firm in the region has hired four new employees.

Kalamazoo-based CSM Group said last month that it has hired Jatin Fnu, Robert Mallo, Scott Robertson and Peter Stich.

Each of the new hires is filling a position at the firm.

The firm also operates offices in Grand Rapids, Omaha, Nebraska and Memphis, Tennessee.

Scott Robertson

With 27 years of experience, Robertson was hired as a project manager and will help complete projects on time and within budget.

Until joining CSM, Robertson ran his own contracting firm in Battle Creek.

Robert Mallo

Mallo joins CSM as a construction manager and will coordinate phases of pre-construction, construction and post-construction.

In the past, Mallo worked for Dean Snyder Construction in Mississippi, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Texas and New York.

Peter Stich

Stich joins CSM as a project engineer. He's a recent graduate in construction management from Ferris State University. Stich also has an associate’s degree in building information and technology from FSU.

Jatin Fnu

A student in computer science at Western Michigan University, Fnu joins CSM as an IT technician to provide technical assistance to clients, as well as resolve technical issues and assist with computer hardware and software.

Fnu has an associate’s degree from Kellogg Community College.
