Urban café opens doors
A new café featuring all-day breakfast and lunch has opened in town.
Little Lucy’s Café opened last month in Grand Rapids’ Creston neighborhood, at 1747 Plainfield Ave. NE.
Baked goods are freshly made every day as well, to go along with a deli and coffee and espresso beverages.
Breakfast and lunch are served from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. all week.
The bakery, deli and café are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. all week.
The café is owned by L&B Portfolio, the company that owns Graydon’s Crossing, Logan’s Alley and Derby Station.
Little Lucy’s menu features a variety of crepes, omelets and other breakfast staples.
A portion of the menu is called Inspirations and includes items such as breakfast bruschetta, chorizo and crawfish etouffee, chilaquiles, kai pie and shakshuka.
The sandwich menu features several items: crawfish roll, pork-belly sliders, chicken salad, Reuben and hot brown.
A variety of salads are also offered.
