A juice maker in the area is rolling out an organic line with 100-percent juice for “healthy families” looking for “pure and simple ingredients.”

Sparta-based Old Orchard Brands said last month its new Organic 100% Juice line features the organic and non-GMO ingredients that “many consumers are looking for,” at an “affordable” price.

All varieties of Old Orchard Organic 100% Juice are certified organic by the USDA and have received verification from the Non-GMO Project to validate Old Orchard's quality and its compliance with "rigorous best practices for GMO avoidance."

The juices also contain no added sugar and no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.

Bottles are offered in four “kid-friendly” flavors: apple, apple cherry, peach mango and wild berry.

Each 64-ounce bottle provides eight servings of eight ounces and has a suggested retail price of $3.49.

The line also features 12-ounce frozen concentrates in apple and peach mango flavors, with a suggested retail price of $2.49.

Kevin Miller, VP of marketing at Old Orchard Brands, said the company wants to ensure its products are “accessible to all families.”

He said customers have told the company finding organic and non-GMO-certified grocery products has been a struggle.

The Organic 100% Juice line is the newest addition to Old Orchard's lineup of more than 40 frozen concentrates and 60 bottled varieties of juices.

Old Orchard Brands was founded in 1985 by fourth-generation growers, Mark Saur and Lisa Saur.
