A local contractor has finished its latest renovation project in one of downtown’s tallest buildings.

Grand Rapids-based Orion Construction said this week it has completed a renovation of three floors of Spectrum Health’s office space in Bridgewater Place in Grand Rapids, at 333 Bridge St. NW.

Orion Construction also completed Bridgewater Place renovations for Ameriprise Financial and USI Insurance Services earlier this year, as well as a renovation for TIAA last year.

The contractor is currently working on the office space for staffing agency Robert Half on the building’s 10th floor.

The costs of the renovation projects were not disclosed.

Orion Construction has developed a relationship with the building's owner and property manager, Hertz Investment Group, and is the recommended contractor for tenant projects in the building, said Jason Wheeler, spokesperson, Orion Construction.

There is 49,640 square feet available in the building, according to a recent “Skyline Report” by Colliers West Michigan.

Hertz Investment Group acquired the building in 2013.
