Real estate firm names EVP
A local real estate firm has a new executive vice president.
Grand Rapids-based Vision Real Estate Investment said last week it promoted Kyle Sischo to the role.
Sischo was controller at the firm, which launched in 2016 and has grown to 17 employees in four Michigan offices.
As controller, Sischo also helped lead Vision’s expansion to own and manage nearly 1 million square feet of real estate.
As EVP, Sischo will lead the day-to-day operations of administration, property and asset management, marketing, acquisitions and development.
Prior to Vision, Sischo was an accountant at Hungerford, Aldrin, Nichols & Carter and CFO and co-owner of Prim Property Management.
He’s also a managing member of Precision Landscape Management and KSTC Investments.
Sischo graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in accounting.
