An assisted living facility’s $2-million expansion is finished.

Vista Springs said this month it completed an 11,000-square-foot addition to Vista Springs Holland Meadows in Holland, at 445 104th Ave.

The project, which began last May, added on to the existing 24,625-square-foot facility with 16 loft-style apartments.

The new units have private baths, memory care and transitional services.

Dining and gathering rooms were also expanded and a year-round greenhouse and offices were built.

Firms on the project

Wyoming-based Richard Postema Associates was the project’s architect.

Grand Rapids-based Orion Construction was the project’s contractor. The project marks the fourth project Orion and Vista Springs have finished together, with more planned for 2017 and 2018.

Mosaic Interiors was the project’s interior designer.
