Two West Michigan homebuilders are teaming up for a new development in the area.

Interra Homes and Jim Tibbe Homes, both based in Wyoming, said yesterday they've partnered to begin a 30-home development in Caledonia called Jasonville Ridge.

The site is off 84th Street SE, between Broadmoor and Whitneyville avenues.

A model home is expected to be finished in time for the Fall Parade of Homes, and both builders are taking reservations for the site.

The development will feature ranch-style homes starting at 1,500 square feet and two-story homes starting at 2,000 square feet.

The homes will start in the $240,000 price range.
