A new cake retailer is settling into Grand Rapids.

Nothing Bundt Cakes opened a shop last month at 5121 28th St. SE, led by franchisees Scott Vogel and Catherine Vogel.

It is the first Nothing Bundt Cakes location in Michigan. The chain is also planning to open a location in Novi.

The shop offers cakes in 10 flavors and 40 designs, as well as gifts, cards and décor items.

The bundt cakes come in sizes ranging from bite-sized Bundtinis to 8-inch and 10-inch cakes, to multi-tier cakes.

Flavors include red velvet, chocolate chocolate chip, lemon, marble, pecan praline, carrot, white white chocolate, cinnamon swirl and white chocolate raspberry.

A dozen Bundtinis are $18.50. An 8-inch frosted cake is $21, and a 10-inch cake is $31.

The location has daily samples.
