Practice hires physical therapists
A physical therapy practice in the area has hired two specialists to expand its team.
Rockford-based Robinet Physical Therapy said yesterday it hired returning West Michigan natives Jason Meagrow and Sydney Savage, bringing its staff up to four therapists.
With two decades of experience, Meagrow is a manual physical therapist specializing in rehabilitation and performance treatment for athletes, chronic pain treatment and has advanced training in spinal mobilization and total-motion release technique. He has also extensively researched collegiate baseball pitching.
A native of Grand Rapids, Meagrow received his B.S. from Grand Valley State University and his physical therapy doctorate from the University of Dayton in Ohio.
Savage earned her B.S. in kinesiology from Michigan State University, studied abroad in Sydney, Australia and earned a graduate degree from Wayne State University.
Savage’s experience and injuries as an athlete at Rockford High School led her to a career in physical therapy.
