A construction staffing firm has named its new vice president of operations and business development.

EV Group, a subsidiary of Elzinga & Volkers, announced this spring the promotion of Dan Rogers to the role.

Previously, Rogers was the director of business development at EV Group.

EV Group supplies construction professionals, supplement staff and professional services.

EV Group’s plan for Rogers is to lead growth over a three-year period in the pharmaceutical, tech and IT and biotech industries, as well as continued growth in food and beverage.

“As EV Group continues to grow and serve many industries across the United States, Canada and abroad, we are eager to have Dan jump in to further develop and execute our strategic plan,” Elzinga & Volkers CEO Mike Novakoski said. “It’s certainly a pivotal time for EV Group, as we strengthen our relationships in the industry and national reach.”

EV Group also announced Jim Badaluco and Tricia Elkey as new hires to fill director of business development and administrator roles.

Rogers’ background

Prior to joining EV Group, Rogers was the general manager of Baudville Brands.

He has also held positions with Arcadia Louvered Roofs, The HON Company and OneCARE.

He holds an M.B.A. from Georgia State University.
