Insurance exec named 'up-and-coming' leader
An executive at a local insurer has been named one of 10 “emerging” leaders by an industry publication.
Marti Lolli, SVP of commercial markets at Grand Rapids-based Priority Health, was named an “up-and-coming” industry leader in managed care by Managed Healthcare Executive.
It’s the first such list compiled by Managed Healthcare Executive, and it comprises executives from pharmacy, health plans, health systems and technology.
As SVP of commercial markets, Lolli oversees commercial group sales, the individual strategic business unit, commercial product development, the wellness department, market intelligence and regional leadership in southeast Michigan.
Since joining Priority Health as a consumer engaged health care product manager in 2008, Lolli has worked her way up the ladder, including stints as director of health care reform, director of Medicare product and market development and senior director of product development and market research.
Priority Health extolled Lolli’s extensive work to become a subject matter expert for employer groups and members when the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was rolled out in 2009.
Lolli holds a B.A. in political economy from Hillsdale College and an M.B.A. from Grand Valley State University.
