There’s a new real estate firm in the region.

Portage-based 633 Group, a real estate development and property management firm, said last week J. Craig DeNooyer, its founder, president and CEO, is formally rolling out his services and holdings under the new brand.

The firm has several holdings in Kalamazoo and Portage and said it is seeking partners for new developments.

633 Group’s holdings include Woodbridge Hills, Woodbridge Shopping Village, The Moors Golf Club, Whisper Rock and several other development projects.

DeNooyer is a former partner at Kalamazoo-based Treystar, a real estate investment firm.

He was with Treystar for more than 30 years until last summer, when he started his next venture.

“We are excited to pursue possibility thinking as 633 Group and go beyond the traditional real estate and property development roles to become a partner for ideas, projects and untapped possibilities in the greater Kalamazoo area,” DeNooyer said.

Former Treystar employee Elizabeth Wright has joined 633 Group as VP of operations.

633 Group’s team also includes Diane Ferry, Sheila Mowry and Karin Schilling, as well as on-site staff at the firm’s holdings.
