A new restaurant will open in Grand Rapids on Thursday.

Noco Provisions, at 4609 Cascade Rd. SE, is located in the former Forest Hills Inn building, which underwent extensive renovations and has new ownership.

The American-style restaurant will open for happy hour at 3 p.m. and offer dinner at 5 p.m.

Lunch will be added to the restaurant’s hours in early August.

The “seasonally driven” menu was created by Head Chef Adam Watts, and the team is led by General Manager Patrick Kneese.

Menus items include a house burger and fried chicken, ahi tuna poke, as well as a larger selection of appetizers, toasts and entrees.

The bar features 24 beer taps, as well as a cocktail and wine lists.

“The menu and ambiance is designed to be comfortable for people,” Watts said. “We want to be sure everyone can relax here and find something they love.”
