A Grand Rapids boutique for fashion accessories and home goods is moving to a new neighborhood.

Dime & Regal, a boutique that sells Michigan brands and handcrafted items, such as jewelry, scarves and prints, will relocate to a 1,200-square-foot space at 650 Wealthy St. SE in November.

Dime & Regal, which says it sells “simple and minimal” items, is currently located at 209 Division Ave. S and occupies 200 square feet.

The Division Avenue location will close after Oct. 8.

Dime & Regal will host a grand re-opening event at its new location on Nov. 11 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Owners Courtney Jones and Samantha McIntosh engaged Colliers International West Michigan to help them find the new location.

“We’ve been looking to relocate into a larger space, and Colliers helped us find the right opportunity quickly,” Jones said. “We’re excited to join the vibrant and unique Wealthy Street shopping district. We cannot wait to celebrate our re-grand opening with the Grand Rapids community this fall.”

The new location is next door to The Winchester and across the street from Donkey Taqueria.

“Right now, it’s challenging to find space in high-demand areas like the Wealthy Street corridor, so we are pleased we could find Dime & Regal this incredible space,” said Chris Prins, retail associate, Colliers International West Michigan.
