A new wine-tasting room is set to open in downtown Grand Rapids.

The winemaker Brengman Brothers plans to open Forty Pearl at 40 Pearl St. NW, along Ottawa, according to a recent post on its website.

The company said it will announce the date of its grand opening soon.

The wine-tasting room will also feature a small-plate restaurant, including an oyster bar.

Forty Pearl will also support other wineries, including Cold Sophie, Bonobo and Bel Lago, as well as Grand Traverse Distillery.

Customers will be able to purchase their favorite bottles.
