A communications firm in the region has found a new home.

Boileau Communications Management, which offers marketing and public relations services, said last week it relocated to a roughly 1,300-square-foot office in downtown Holland, at 14 W. 8th St.

The firm outgrew its previous 1,000-square-foot office Holland, which was located at 299 Douglas Ave.

Randy Boileau, who is the principal and owner of the firm, is leasing the new office space from GDK. He worked with Mike Nagelkirk from Coldwell Banker on the deal.

The office is located on the second floor, and it oversees downtown Holland and Pocket Park.

The firm is still working on creating artwork for the space, which reflects a natural 1940s feel, with frosted windows, medium oak trim and large windows.

The office features a kitchenette, a leadership room, a large conference room, a private meeting space, an open layout and a video suite.

The firm has eight employees, and it plans to add more workspace to accommodate 12 employees.

“We love Holland, and this downtown office makes for an exciting opportunity to get more involved in the downtown community,” said Vince Boileau, COO, Boileau Communications Management. “With so many of our clients near the heart of Holland, it’s valuable to have a more central space to host meetings and visit our clients.”
