Mike Novakoski

Mike Novakoski joined Elzinga & Volkers, E&V, in 1988 as a project coordinator — and has learned the business through multiple positions he has held, including estimator, project manager, VP of project management, VP of operations and, now, the CEO. In his role at E&V, Mike is responsible for promoting its vision, establishment and execution of strategic objectives, new-market development and building and maintaining a team and culture that can achieve company objectives.
