Nicholas H. Vander Veen is a business law attorney in the Grand Rapids office of Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge. He specializes in representing dentists and dental groups throughout Michigan and Illinois in associate agreements, partnership formations and practice purchases. Vander Veen has years of experience and personal insight into the ins and outs of starting, running and selling dental practices.
