Hispanic chamber produces golf tournament

A Hispanic chamber is hosting a golf tournament in town next week.

Registration is open through Friday for the West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's El Torneo, which will be held June 30 in Grand Rapids at Thornapple Pointe, at 7211 48th St. SE.

El Torneo

Held annually, El Torneo provides networking opportunities for Latino and non-Latino business owners and leaders in West Michigan.

Organizations and individuals can sponsor portions of the event.

The tournament begins registration at 11:30 a.m., followed by a noon shotgun start and lunch, as well as an award ceremony and dinner at 5:30 p.m.

Registration

Registration includes 18 holes of golf, cart rental with lunch, on-course beverages, a goodie bag, dinner, live entertainment and entry into door-prize drawings.

For members of the chamber, registration for a foursome is $500 and $130 for an individual.

For non-members, registration for a foursome is $600 and $160 for an individual.
