Today it seems like young people are living in their own world, speaking their own language. And in some ways, that’s true. So how can business leaders engage well with this emerging workforce? This workshop will explore how millennials make meaning of their work environment and will provide participants with the opportunity to:

+ Learn why language matters, specifically with millennials and emerging adults
+ Discover new approaches to supervision and the employee review process
+ Understand how young professionals experience culture, communication, collaboration, mission and other valuable components of the workplace environment
+ Explore how young professionals connect mission to motivation

This interactive workshop will provide insights and best practices for leaders to incorporate into their daily interactions and formal procedures. Participants will be equipped to maximize the skills and contributions of the young professionals in their work context.

Digest the information with fellow attendees over beer & wine!
