Sessions will include: Assessing Your Business Model Based on the book “Business Models for Dummies” learn how to break your model down into basic concepts. You will be introduced to the Business Model Wheel™. Discover how to drill down into each element of your model, and to evaluate the relative importance of each the sustained profitability of your business. You will leave this session able to score, benchmark and analyze the elements and factors that affect your model. “Your business plan is important, but there is no point planning the execution of a bad business model.” Pulling Back the Curtain Learn how to get the most money from your bank. This session will teach you how banks make decisions about lending to your business. Understand the “why” behind loan requirements so that you can prepare in advance, and navigate the lending process more effectively. Exporting Tax Saving Opportunities Are you performing engineering services or exporting products manufactured, produced or grown in the United States? Discover available tax saving opportunities for exporting US property. In addition, there will be formal and informal business networking with other CEOs.
