Baker College of Muskegon’s Culinary Institute of Michigan took the top spot in the American Culinary Federation Michigan State Hot Food Competition in Farmington Hills, and went on to the ACF Central Regional Culinary Salon Competition in St. Louis. The team competed against a team from host Oakland Community College’s Culinary Studies Institute to win the state title.
